Pazospan Developments is a small privately-owned development company based in Johannesburg. The group was started to provide quality homes at affordable prices. We consist of a professional team of Town Planners, Engineers, Architects & Conveyancers that attend to all the Development needs of the Group.
Our aim is to be the best, not the biggest. This ensures that we can provide a personalised approach and maintain close attention to detail. Our directors are proactively involved in all our projects, maintain a keen interest and personal ownership, liaising closely with our team and consultants. Our success is based on strong management with a team of professional proficient tradesmen, who work with us on a regular basis, share our ethos and teamwork culture, whilst taking pride in their high standards of workmanship and overall finish.
